Usually it is depicted in manga and anime that you actually WASH yourself BESIDE the tub (dumping the bucket of water over your head at the end) and then you only SOAK in the tub (like a hot tub). The water is typically not drained until the last person in the house is done with it.

Now, just take a look at the top right corner of the phone. Those damages destroy any hope of water resistance, at least for the screen. The rest could still work, but in the sticks like where they are at the moment, forget about a screen changing shop.
