No bro... She DOES look down on you and she DID mean that in a bad way.... She DID NOT mean to say it out loud, and only was sorry and cried because she doesn't wanna lose her job lmao
What the maid said near the end is VERY telling of what that mansion really is. Time to wake up mc and gtfo of there. It's a prison with prison guards and observers.
Y'know. from my perspective it seemed like the maid's fault that he fell, since he was rushing back up when she started yelling at him. Fairly ballsy to go up there in the first place, of course, but that particular instance wasn't totally his fault
@demonslimelord nah bruh this is like final fantasy 4. stuck with the job you given. (then again it would be great if this was like 4, then he could go on a long personal journey to class change like cecil did)
Your perspective is wrong, his dumb-ass climbed up there in the first place, and when she rightfully told is ass to get down, he stupidly tried to slide down the side of the roof lol.
Interesting little world building, in spite of his relatively privileged station the discrimination toward his job runs extremely deep. Even supposed loved ones see him as an invalid, regardless of how genial they may be or how much they care. Conflict? in MY isekai? Here's hoping the author actually sees this through instead of instantly dropping it after a power up
