Permission to upload Japanese chapters

I have been trying to upload Japanese versions of Soul Anomaly chapters (https://mangadex.org/title/4162b06b-3f7e-4e6e-b27b-1e48b88c5204/soul-anomaly). It gives me the message of needing a mod to authorise it, fair enough. But I cannot see that the chapters are being published, nor do I know whether there is any issue as to why. I've given it ample time, as I'm sure the admins are very busy people, but still nothing.
Soul Anomaly is an English original manga/web comic with myself being the author (but not the artist). Hence, it falls under the banner of being a self-published work. Thus, the Japanese chapters I'm trying to upload are not raws but japanese translations of an English work. I'm assuming its fine to upload chapters in Japanese, otherwise I cannot understand why it would give you the option of choosing it as a language for the upload.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try contacting online mods on MangaDex's Discord, it may be faster than waiting for a response here or messaging them with a PM here on the forums. You'll probably be given approval since they're not raws as you claim (they need to verify it first, but that's always done by talking directly with them) but the fact it is "self-published" stuff adds a second reason to why they have to check it first (even if I write a one-page one-shot manga and sign it below I'd need permission to upload it here).

I'd love to be able to do just that. I'm not the most tech savvy person, but the Discord was the first place I considered to put my problem. But it has some kind of setting that prevents me from posting messages on the support channel. I also tried the email address that they give to contact them, but that hasn't resulted in anything either. So I was basically out of options.

The support channel's was closed due to the server issues on the mainsite, should be open now

The replies through mail are a bit slower.

Also I recommend you claim your group, It will curb issues like this in the future since it will be more evident that you are the author themselves.

No problem, I see, Went ahead and approved the group claim (You can get the group leader role on the forums too by logging out and logging back in to the forums), Also added the cover you reported a while ago, You should now be able add covers or make any other edits on your own...
