Pretty sure they're actors.
Minu's first appearance is very spacey but after he "died" he looks much more focused. Even before, he was able to pass as "slow in the head" but one can hardly say the same from his latest apperance.
Also the father shooting from the window? For a man that regularly shoots moving seagulls, no way could he miss Jinhyeok.
I feel like one day, he's gonna dive down and see if the bodies are still in the ocean.
