I think something important may have been lost in translation because what she said made no sense. The only info I got from that convo is that she's aware of the system

If we look at this through the context of a time loop, then future Elsa remembers being abandoned halfway through the day, but didn't know why until just now. She must have decided to show up to find out, only to realize that SHE was the reason Evie took off and didn't come back till late. Talk about self sabotage....Course, that shot about punishment for abandoning her date halfway through was uncalled for, considering she's the reason it happened in the first place.

Some explanation from the wn cause i didnt get it either:

What she's said is that theres a glitch with the villainess system where by drinking a potion to temporarily turn into a demon the system wont make any demands of Evie, seemingly because it prioritizes treating her like a monster than the villainess, (why she said allat stuff bout hp bars) and its why it hasnt shown up while they've been here. Also said that fully turning into a demon wouldn't work since the glitch seems to only work when in this temporary demon state.

Honestly i dont see why they cant just keep using the potions then and/or try making some with longer durations unless repeated consumption fully turns you into a demon. Maybe then it could be an occasional thing, like if she wants some time w Elsa without interruptions from the system. Maybe theres an answer in the later wn chapters, but i havent read those.
