I don't think any changes have occurred yet. Everything we've seen so far fits in very well with what we knew of the past before the time travel.

Although I enjoy the whole time travel shenanigan, the long wait between chapters really hurt my understanding of the story, there is too much information to keep track, and considering all the reading, watching, gaming and working I do in my life, it's no easy task to follow everything that's happening.

Hope we will soon be back to the present, so I can reread everything to get a better grasp os it.

Yvonne made sure Elsa didn't learn of her name. She couldn't let Elsa know her name due to time travel ring. If you read the early chapters back, you will notice that Elsa didn't remember Yvonne when they met back in the school.

If anyone confused about why Yvonne couldn't tell Elsa her name, the reason is she wasn't trying to change the present she would go back to. What Yvonne was trying to achieve was to change the original future. Another foreshadowing was when Elsa said their kiss wasn't her first kiss.
