I am happy with oppai untranslated. For those of us who have bothered to learn the names of our favorite things in another language it helps keep a sense of the 'Japanese' of the story. I have read some translations where every word is in English, all honorifics have been left out etc. and they just come across as sterile, bland manga that I have difficulty endearing myself to. If a manga has some Japanese feel to it I can enjoy that it is not set in my neighborhood or country and enjoy the cultural differences that it is based on.
