For context, hair color can be an even worse issue in Japan. I've read news articles about people who naturally do have non-black hair such as brown and they were able to prove it. The teacher did not care and ordered the student to dye their hair black. The harsh chemicals made the student's hair start falling out. When the student and their parent complained to the principal that the teacher was literally endangering the health of the student, the principal sided with the teacher.

Really screwed up.

"have to prove blond hair is natural" surely if they see a white person they realize that they have blond hair naturally since its most common among them, or are you telling other races who somehow have blond hair need to prove its natural?

@Siquall Again, i think the majority of Asia is like that. You can't have coloured hair, long hair, or any of that stuff, and i personally look better with long hair but my school doesn't allow that and only allows Military Cut style, which sucks ass.

The nail that sticks out gets hammered.

Its part of being a rice based culture and goes back over 10k years. Because rice cultivation is more intensive than cultivating wheat the cultures that developed around rice cultivation tend to be more collectivist making them more hostile towards individuality. It started out as a way to survive, but now it's just kind of part of the culture. There's nothing you can really do about it as It could take centuries for it to change meaningfully. If you'd like to know more about it, look up "rice theory."

There must be a way to make genetic diversity, to purge status quo, to abolish standards!
I'm ready.
