70 years passed in both worlds. Trapped in an item bag.
Oof that gotta suck. She would be luck to even see at least one of the people she befriended alive at this point, since depending on the medicare/way of life they have they'd live for about 30-40 on avarage and 50 if we're pushing it. Royal families could most certainly push to 70s but most of them seem to be around their 20s when she met them.
I really did like some of the characters, now I'm interested in what became of them and the aftermath of her "supposed" death.

Also something strikes me as odd... 70 years and the houses and everything outside is exactly the same?, does this world have no advances in tech?

Its not a terrible way to reset the story, though I'm not sure about dumping these new best friends out of nowhere lol

If anyone also thinks this is kind of a weird way to start a new arc, know that this is exactly how the LN went as well. Suddenly 70 years past and everyone's dead.

It honestly feels like a new story built on the previous universe, which is weird because the old story didn't feel finished at all. Kinda dropped the LN after this point as the best friends dynamic never really gave me the same vibe as the old one.

I can forgive a world being stagnate because similar to our world, the medieval era spanned roughly around 1,000 years from 400 to 1400 AD. Buildings included were made to last for a very long time, (reminder that we still have buildings here today from the ancient era). What bothers me the most is how come nobody double checked the remains of our MC? or find her lost items? Or why they left the room as it once was? Even more confusing, is how is her bag still intact? Considering she fell into this world's equivalent to an incinerator but with magic, you'd think her bag would just you know... Burnt to ashes the moment she jumped in.
