Maybe he can keep throwing himself while in the air, and since the speed for himself relative for himself is zero, he could make himself go faster and faster at 160km/h for each throw. He could get really close (not that much given relativity and physics and stuff) to the speed of light after a few (11 million) throws (though he could get at arround 10% of the speed of light with just 600.000).
