Setting aside the anachronistic nature of the term "teddy bear", I'm not quite sure what to make of this.
The only thing I can imagine when Marie says that sanson "has a lot going on" and that there's "so much you could stuff a huge teddy bear" is that she's talking about him having a massive shlong, which is absolutely hilarious to me.
Sure, it's probably my dirty mind at work, but it's funny af so I'm not gonna question it too much.

Anyway, this is one of the dumbest fucking manga I've ever read, and I love it so much.
