@manabi: I suppose that makes more sense than my interpretation of things. Though then I think I might still stand by my sentiment, that a little immortal-girl/zombie-boy interaction would be more interesting than such a straightforward "bad end".
Her parts grow back, right? Just use that. You could make some weapons like a lasso made from her intestines, some bone clubs, ball of flesh that you drop on people etc.
