I get what you mean, but as I've said before, I think the progression away from the harem-ness was a good idea. I still hope to see little peeks of the other personalities of course, but I think going this route avoids overuse of the Pseudo Harem idea happening too quickly.

I think it's cute that her attempts to use the harem personalities to flirt with Senpai have been steadily breaking down more and more as she's becoming more honest with herself. My ideal development would be them finally getting together as a proper couple and then the other personalities steadily coming back as she uses them for fun instead of as a sort of facade.
