I'm not sure what you mean but 95% of those manga's never reach this stage. Almost every will never have explicit relationships and almost always end either at the confession and ALWAYS have a time skip. Harem manga's which do have MC's acting on their harems are far and few in between and usually in the Smut tab.

Ironically Isekia's have had good representation of romance outside of Shōjo's with an actual plot to work around. And they let them go past the kiss stage.

@Jacklist Which is why it's good that Pseudo Harem author decided to do this. I understand that some people who liked only the will they/won't they part can drop this, but it's better to explicit relationship part for readers that still appreciate the manga then artificially prolong the pre-dating part with "fireworks" etc.
Agree with isekais going farther with romances, but they tend to have far too many other problems plaguing them, like same-y boring cRPG worlds with literal stats and XP, or looked -upon Mary Sue MC that is super powerful actually, and of course the romance tend to be Mary Suish too.
