Quality Yuri Manga?

Really just looking for a good manga with a lesbian main character. I've seen Sakura Kiss, Yuri Kuma Arashi, Yuuki Yuna, and Aoi Hana and didn't really get any satisfaction out of any of them. Shoujo Kakumei Utena is one of my favorites, but I can't really find anything like it. Any manga/anime suggestions would be great! I'm especially looking for things out of the romance genre.

Cash Money:

- Interesting story
- Cute art
- Magic/Fantasy


Not Cash Money:

- Highschool setting
- Pure ecchi
- Plot solely based on relationship

Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha! The first three series (Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's, and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS in that order) are all anime, and then the fourth (Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha ViVid) is a manga.

So, I mean most yuri manga's are unfortunately set in a high school and so is the best one out there Bloom Into You

I'd say Octave by Akiyama Haru, Lonely Wolf, Lonely Sheep by Mizutani Fuuka, Cirque Arachne by Saida Nika, I decided to fake a marriage with my junior (♀️) to shut my parents up by Kodama Naoko
and of course After Hours by Yuhta Nishio

I would highly suggest looking on Dynasty Scans site as they will have a greater selection of Yuri manga. I personally like Itou Hachi, the artists style is really cute.

It's actually got a plot that's not simply 'meet cute & kiss'

Seconding:
- Lonely Wolf Lonely Sheep: I just really love this one.
- Seifuku no Vampiress Lord: I like how open and calmly pragmatic the protagonist is.
- 1 x ½ : Taboo unrequited daughter→mother incest themes.
- Fusoroi no Renri: This is ADORABLE.
- So, Do You Wanna Go Out, Or?: It's nice to see a story about a relationship failing once in a while, because that happens pretty often in real life anyway.

I would also recommend:
- Qualia the Purple: The yuri is really the side dish in this story. The main focus is the ever-increasing levels of quantum physics mindfuckery and plot escalation.
- Pai o Agemasho, Anata ni Pai o ne: An anthology by Sakamoto Mano. I particularly liked the first one, "My Unique Day". But basically anything by Sakamoto Mano is usually good.
