Question about uploading H material

This just crossed my mind - considering that hentai can be uploaded to MangaDex (albeit under a filter by default), is there a limit to what sorts of material from being uploaded?

By that, I mean what’s stopping any random user from just uploading every single doujin posted on SadPanda?

Uploading with proper group credits, no uploading of any official translations unless publication company is proven dead, no raws of any kind without explicit author permission. Same thing as normal uploads. People who upload hentai typically fail at the group credit part or the "take from highest quality source" part by using other websites that aren't ExHentai.
