I just noticed that quoted alerts disappear too after a while, is there any other place to find where people quoted me?

You can use Search or Advanced Search for more accurate results just adding @ + your username (on Keywords). For example:
https://forums.mangadex.org/search/27699836/?q=@T-sama&o=relevance

Right, I forgot I can do that with search, guess I'll have to do that since there's seemingly no other way, thanks
