I also saw the similarities. Tony Valente said he wanted to focus more on that topic in particular at some point--this could lead nicely into that. I'm not sure, but I think Pomerine from Cyfandir Chronicles might be trans. I really like her character. It would be nice to have a main character for representation + he would be able to focus on that topic moreI could just be reading a bit too into this, but living as a trans person in the US kinda feels like this.
Yeah, well... I think you are reading well enough into it.I could just be reading a bit too into this, but living as a trans person in the US kinda feels like this.
I think it's fine. Discrimination is discrimination. Marginalized people deal with hellish levels of scrutiny in the real world; the kind that makes you afraid and depressed. Even if the "difference" is something fantastical like the infections, you can still draw parallels between what you and those close to you deal with to what these fictional characters deal with. Shit sucks.I could just be reading a bit too into this, but living as a trans person in the US kinda feels like this.
I'd say more about Gaza and Israel, where many Palestinians living in the former and working in the latter used to have to move through checks every day, and with the war going on, they blocked those few people going to work even.I could just be reading a bit too into this, but living as a trans person in the US kinda feels like this.
Not at all when Israeli troops use the excuse of there being minors who are members of Hamas to gun down any children they see.Kinda fumbled the messaging here when one of the dormitors is a child ngl
And there's less than 10 dormitors in all of the thousands of glebe residents. It was spelled out in the manga: The actions of a few don't warrant the punishment of the many. Dormitors wouldn't attempt to pass through the most guarded point anywaysKinda fumbled the messaging here when one of the dormitors is a child ngl
I'm saying that Doc going "there's never a reason to hurt a child" is a strange line to pull given that he's beaten up a child already, and there's a dormitor they're most likely going to fightAnd there's less than 10 dormitors in all of the thousands of glebe residents. With the clarification, I think your point makes more sense. Although, I do think it'll be addressed when the fighting starts. I think our team, or doc at least, is going to have the added challenge of fighting the kid but not hurting itI'm saying that Doc going "there's never a reason to hurt a child" is a strange line to pull given that he's beaten up a child already, and there's a dormitor they're most likely going to fight
