coming back here I think him leaving Leo was a mistake, but at the same time I think I can see where he comes from, if his choice is to fight dragons using crimson and him using him, I'd be stressing seing Leo around crimson.

Leo most likely would've been killed during any of the future fights. It's good that he decided to part ways with her since his plan is to eliminate all dragons with Crimson. The thing I'm sure Ragna would've wished he did is keep an eye on Leo to make sure she remains safe. As you know, Leo now is training under the King of Claws which I'm sure is something Ragna 100% is against.
