I watched and it has been a good adaptation. Definitely much better than I had expected. You can watch ragna and artemesia fight to gauge it yourself.

Ferbigott is still a Rank 2 and the oldest to boot. The current Bloodline of Roars is not a first generation one snce the First generations use their King as an errand boy of sorts to his chagrim, which might means is not as powerful as a bloodline

Interesting, Machine Dragon and how he acted in an AI-like manner in some of his conversations certainly pointed in that direction, but still neat to see the unique magic/technology approach here. Wonder what his origins were exactly, presumably he dates back to near the beginning like Ferbigott and the Kings. Wonder if he was a cyborg or AI or something before dragonification. He's an absolute powerhouse though, tech that can effectively pull of the powers of many others we've seen, all backed by magic meaning he never runs out. But a shard of the original silver comet sounds like quite a thing for Ragna to get his hands on too, wonder if the Kings will have ended up miscalculating using that as bait.

As well as who lives/dies in this battle, one important factor may simply come down to what sort of intelligence each side gets out of it since everyone is still moving around in the dark to some extent.
