@siiddheshwgh in early chapter its been revealed that Crimson traded all characteristic of Dragon (except one eye) with the cost of sealing his power as a King of Wings bloodline. And/or , since his magic is top-tier even in human form, maybe he can manipulate it to an extent no one can guess what he really is. Since not even Humanoid Dragon can identify him as a dragon

@dnl He really hasn't asspulled, don't know where you got that from, might need to re-read the manga for a while if you think he hasn'tbeen training slowly recovering his future self power over time like the manga has shown on several occasions, also at the beginning of the story it was said where ever he goes it would not end up good for the people there, I mean the entire country is being razed by genocidal God like creatures with near cheat abilities, there's definitely gonna be a huge waste of life and you need to accept that.
