I don't know the the story of Rama, but I very much like the idea of an ageless strong woman that faces losing her loved ones again and again. The MCs sadness comes across nicely.

The manga reminds me of "Sousou no Frieren" (which is a very nice read), which follows the adventures of a long living elf.
