A random thought passed my brain just now, but since mangaka usually start off as assistants to other mangaka before getting their own series, it'd be cool if there was some kind of database where you can look that stuff up.
Like, "man i really like this manga's art style, i wonder what influences this person had" and then being able to go and see who they were an assistant for before their debut.
Or maybe something like that already exists?
