Sad to see the old man less dirty, but I guess he will be showing more of his power moves?

I was able to see a real dirty old man in real life, but not as small as Happy and more of them are big bastards.

Has anyone been able to confirm he hasn't been written out of the new anime entirely? I don't think I've seen him show up in any image anywhere, which seems a bit odd (though the same can be said of all of Shampoo's branch of the characters, so I may be reading too much into this).
