Probably because all the chapters have been removed for the title in question, due to the DMCA from a couple days ago. Sorry about your luck.

I experienced it with Gantz, but I didn't think it was a bug just that all the chapters got removed or something.

Same here, the button doesn’t react at all—must be a bug or some script issue.
