Come on. This manga hasn't been that bad. It's not dumb for most of the chapters. It's just this hyper-dumb character, that takes the cake and drags the story of the whole manga down. This character is just so f*cking stupid, it's nearly a superpower. If you add such an unrealistic element into a story, that tries to be a halfway realistic highschool drama, it just jumps the shark....the question, that remains is, "Is it salvageable?"

No...there are still other open questions. For once, "Have those other girls been equally stupid?"

So the cause of the MC's issues is just a naive and dumb girl that listened a more sinister "friend" that talked her into dressing like a whore a gal. She actually thought that doing what she did just proved that she "liked" him back , not only that but they were "engaged" and she was no longer a virgin because she was "engaged" to the MC. Then no contact for (even though she said a year) several years and she thinks that everything is fine until the MC bitch slaps her with reality (which is ironic coming from him)...
...and now she wants to put the lessons she learned form AVs into action with the MC so she won't be looked down upon anymore....
