@Robbini @Iume
There's so much more...
I mean, just in Japan, there was Nakano Takeko, a badass female Samurai who led other women in war.
Other notable female warriors from Japan are Tomoe and Hangaku Gozen, Tomoe is pretty legendary... Female samurais actually aren't that rare, they are called Onna-bugeisha, and there's a ton of them.
Lady Trieu, Thai leader of the Resistance against the Chinese, BAMF too!
And China too had Ching Shih, the infamous Pirate Queen... I mean, she's called a Queen, but she really wasn't even close to nobility..
Out of Asia, there was Lozen, an Apache warrior with pretty much no equals.
Calamity Jane, pretty famous I think. She actually was an incredible scout.
In Ancient Egypt, it's fairly known that probably around half of the Medjays were female, even tho I can't remember any names (male of female, btw). But that could be an interesting background.
From Africa, the Dahomey Amazons, a full female warriors fighting force. Especially Sarraounia Mangou, who destroyed the French trying to colonize her region (she was a Tribal Chief... probably the closest to being a queen from the list)
And that's just from the top of my head. There's probably tons more if I did some research.
By the way, if you can, try checking out Ching Shih, the Pirate Queen... her story is incredible, and I still can't fucking understand why there's no big budget blockbuster telling her story... the script fucking write itself, she was incredible and lead an incredible life (ruthless, but still). I mean, she went from simple prostitute to basically controlling the seas of China, and pretty much ridiculing anyone dumb enough to try to challenge her... be it the British Empire or the whole Chinese Navy...
