If you don't mind me asking, who are these hypothetical readers you're explaining the manga to?
If you've been at this for a while, you know "real manga" vary a lot in "depth level". Let's not pretend this is an Akira or Barefoot Gen.
Thankfully, it's not a Goblin Slayer or Isekai #362537 either.
The ones earlier in the comments whinging about it being a Katsuya chapter, for one. And for two? Yeah, I'd say it's totally like an Akira or a Ghost in the Shell or an Appleseed in terms of potential. Whether it lives up to it, though, is all dependent on the author.

groomed to be a hero.
Is there going to be a timeskip that's gonna happen? I'm tired of seeing teenage MC in every manga.
There is probably going to be timeskip in the future, but probably not for the next 40-100 or so chapter.
the manga follow the LN and not the WN and the currently available translated LN which is 3-4 arc away from this and he still not even 1 year older than the 1st chapter.

Is that the modified old world outfit from around ch 46? I think this is the first time we see the result, and I must say I'm a bit disappointed. Though, I admit my fashion sense isn't that good lol

I find it hilarious that Sheryl was able to see that Katsuya wasn't happy with the praise and stop. Meanwhile, she kept failing to do that for Akira lol. She actually has an amazing conversation ability. But I guess the Akira factor really throws her off.

And damn, mini Alpha is brutal in her guidance for Katsuya. Showing him a hallucinations of his comrades' corpses? Geez

But I relly think that is that "chibi Alpha" that is pulling the strings from behind you know... maybe this moron has a delusional "MC complex" but it seems to much at this level to be natural to me. Don't get me wrong, I don't like either that "hero" since the WN.

But, from the previous talk between the Alphas, we can assume that the chibi Alpha is manipulating the moron's hero complex, to made him more susceptible to her subconcious comands or something along those lines.

Ugh Katsuya's "Main Character Syndrome" is so fking annoying :fml:

Yeah, Akira absolutely cucks Katsuya without even knowing it or even trying 😏. Akira out here trying to live his best life not knowing he’s winning a love triangle that he could care less to be a part of 🤣🤣.
It is feeling more and more that they're going to swap girls in the end 👀

One suggestion. Double negative is very hard to understand so it's preferable to avoid it. I know it was used quite often in Japanese but you don't need to follow the sentence structure of the source. For example, "This will definitely end well" is a lot easier to understand than "There's no way this won't end well".

Just my two cents.

I might have just forgotten, but I'm a big confused why Sheryl's so hesitant about cutting to the chase on relic sale talk, in regards to thinking Katsuragi's sizing her up. Obviously a merchant has to butter up their customers to some extent, but wasn't this dinner set up specifically for her to sell Akira's relics? It's not like she's in a "make them think it's a happy coincidence they can buy these things" situation, if they set up this dinner meet specifically for this, so it feels a bit odd she's forcing herself through so many formalities beforehand.
