salted rice with caviar, sprinkled with gold flakes, served hot on a pot.
that aside, i've been obsessed with bruschetta. or not really bruschetta, it's just some hard bread with garlic confit
I'm not really a caviar person, but I'll try about the "bruschetta"

Mashed potatoes are really nice just about anytime.

You take potato and mash, make good potato. Cook before mash for best result, no worry about skill, boil or bake, potato best dessert. Who need seasoning when you have potato. Potato cheap, no worry about capitalist dessert. Potato good, eat more potato....

In all seriousness though, a homemade swiss cake roll sounds amazing.
Thin chocolate cake rolled around vanilla frosting and a caramel drizzle over the top.

Could've get more ice on that, I'm not a sweet tooth (wtv you call it)
The coloring doesn't really give you much taste, meaning it's not that sweet unless you add sweet thing to it.(The coloring is syrup and I've tried it with the shaved ice, it wasn't that sweet)

Low carb low sugar pseudo cheesecake.
Base recipe: Greek yoghurt/normal yoghurt if you want it sweet, Marie/Maria biscuits.
depending on how you want to present it you could either crush and mix the biscuits with the yoghurt or sandwich the yoghurt in the biscuits.
I personally add blueberries for natural source of sugar

Tender coconut is definitely a top-tier drink.
Step 1: Obtain a fresh coconut.
Step 2: Open it using melee weapon or laser. You have to basically decapitate it and breach the inner shell. (+Extra points for style)
Step 3: Insert straw and drink it straight from the fruit or pour out the liquid (the liquid is the endosperm) and do whatever you want with it (pls don't do anything illegal)

Crème brûlée is quite a divine dessert, particularly if the pudding is cold and the caramel warm and crispy.

For food, my main dish is Hackfleischgeschnetzeltes, it's a stew.
  • Take minced beef
  • Cut onions and optionally Garlic & Ginger
  • Fry the minced beef first, then add the veggies once the meat has browned.
  • That a bit, then add a tablespoon of honey to it and let it caramelize in the pan
  • Then, once the honey is done, I add a small swig of soy sauce.
  • Let it cook in, then lower the heat and add a good swig of Brandy or a different alcohol if you have a preferrance.
  • Flambé, then let the remaining fluid cook in with a lid on low heat, mix it around in the meantime
  • Spice it according to your taste, then add the cream sauce and eat it with noodles, rice or other foods.
You can vary it a lot, most of the ingredients are for my personal taste. You can also use beef, pork, chicken strips, etc. instead of minced beef.

french toast w/caramelized bananas

4 slices bread (ideally brioche)
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 bananas, sliced
2tbsp brown sugar
2tbsp butter

melt butter in pan, then incorporate brown sugar. once sugar is dissolved add bananas and cook until browned. cook on medium heat or sugar will burn.
heat seperate pan with ~1tbsp butter.
combine eggs, milk and vanilla extract in large baking dish. soak bread in resulting custard, ~30s each side, then transfer to pan. cook until golden brown. plate toast slices, add caramel sauce and bananas as topping and serve
