Lol I always love how the men in this are like, "Ah yes a weaking. Women are weaklings who couldn't surpass us men. Even the suckest male warrior couldn't be beaten by a woman." Then they want marry these same women and claim to love them after looking down on them their whole life. Like come on.
She's been training her whole life just like everyone else. Would it be wrong to have her beat people fair and square without them being so shocked? She can't be the only woman who has been a warrior in the Warrior tribes of the Desert? There's a whole tribe of women warriors and their young leader made it all the way through the seventh trial. They have female warrior goddesses?
With Young Glow it doesn't count because he's mastered techniques from another world and all but anyone else she should stand toe to toe with, so it makes sense for her to be confident in her victory like she is right here even though it wasn't a fair fight, yet it's always a surprise met with derision? Well, i'm probably feeling waaay tooo much in the club right now so these are just my curious thoughts after reading too many situations in other stories like this...
