Albert snuck in to hand Ellen the letter.
Ellen was confused at first, then remember her father's words "The prince probably plan to use my daughter to solve problems"
Ellen took the letter, knowing that if she don't he'll probably get punished for it.
El "Do you dislike my father and this house?"
Al "No way!"
El "Then why'd you do that? You know Tou-sama was really angry"
Al "...I know"
El "Did you think this house will have peace if I make ties (basically marriage) with royal family?"
Al "! How-"
El "As Tou-sama would say it, it's none of your concern"
Al 'A '
Then Ellen basically proceed to sorta monologue about this
El "Although Tou-sama and I are part human ,we're spirits. To the royals we might seem like a precious assets but from out view it's a massive annoyance."
Al "....Why"
El "Since the royals still doesn't seem to realize it, then this chain will never ends. We will not get close to the royal family. It's meaningless"
Then Ellen explains to Albert the 'why' using basically Agielle
basically
Agielle to the house is like the royal family to the spirits.
The past royals were like this, and the current ones seem to keep the trend, so it just never ends.
She waved the letter, guessing that it's a personal invitation to call her alone out.
She then suggest Albert cut ties with the prince, who likely treat him like disposable to begin with anyway.
As for the reply, well, daddy would get angry about it so she won't, though in all likelihood he's likely watching this whole scene from the spirit world anyway.
Then just because she can, she casually burn the letter without bothering to open the seal, then combine the ash (carbon) with oxygen in the air to turn it into smoke.
Albert, seeing the letter just disappear like that went
Ellen "Then, good night" and snuggle back inside her cover.
tl;dr - Fuck the usual royal threaten naive girl into doing martyr move, this loli don't give a fuuuuuuuuuuuck.
