Are you being serious? Comedy has existed in society for as long as society itself. We’ve seen graffiti in Pompeii ruins that attests to that.

He said there is no television and comedy on a theater is a rarity on itself.

It exists but its not common available in mass how is today, characters even pointed out what he is doing meaning they know, its just not common enough to have a resistance of sorts due to lack of exposure, after all mocking important people in public can lead to a swift death, similar like today comedians can get canceled if they talk about certain topics and certain type of people when people are exposed to that, they find it even more funny due to lack of continued exposure.

I am sure they exist, the author is not even making such claim, just that in this scale and in this situation its going to have a bigger effect because its unheard of, after all he is doing this in the Coliseum during a fight, this is why "Marvel humor" originally worked because people werent expecting comedy during what was supposed to be a serious situation and also why it later failed because of continued exposure were it became the norm.

this is her first (somewhat) full body comparison with Mikagami in the bottom panel from chapter 21 (click to zoom)

In this chapter 24, you can see she is roughly the same size difference compared to Mikagami. In the panel when she protected the orphans, you can see she's not too big. Her proportions are the same in serious situations:

However, on panels featuring herself, the author follows the rules of comedic exaggeration, making her look larger in all aspects:

NNN is causing people to disagree with you. :haa:
I never noticed till know, but her belt is shaped like a heart/womb tattoo. Huh. Probably cause of her massive milkers.

I don’t get why people sometimes get so upset at completely fantasy worlds in a ridiculous setting nit being realistic to real world historic evidence and logic. The author didn’t even say comedy didn’t exist at all in a conceptual level, yall are stretching the narrative in your heads.
And if you want to talk about how realistic it is to not have comedy shows in a world centered around combat and combat-crazed rulers with a huge colosseum built with these ridiculous rules with reviving the losers and transforming them into the winners’ preferred gender for raping…yeah, i got lost revising the overall plot, I can’t apply logic to this one

I saw it as, "They don't have people doing whole routines out of comedy" not it doesn't exist. There is a difference between a professional comedian and some kid making his friends laugh with a quick joke, and while jesters and the like have existed for a while, not many would actually see things like that and probably all the more so in a setting like this where the primary entertainment is gladiators fighting.
