I mean she's their mother and after awhile they weren't exactly being careful after awhile, hell she realized they were hanging out with Dara when she found Kaoru's doll. She already knows Dara's true nature so when she confirmed they were hanging out with Dara she was totally chill with it.

I don't think she understood that they regularly met when she found the doll, only that they've had some form of contact. In this chapter however it's made pretty clear that she realizes Kaoru (and Hinata) actually have regular contact with Dara-san, and a good relationship too.

I hope it leads to Chiyo getting a more casual relationship with Dara-san too instead of the very formal shrine maiden/worshipper & goddess thing they've got right now.

YEAAAAH BABYYYYYY.

Truth be told... I feel like the anime art doesn't capture some of the "rough linework" of the manga, it is a great part of its charm, and the anime is a little too "plastic"... but not by much, and the art style and goofiness are being well depicted, so I am satisfied.

The voice work is ON POINT, everyone's personality ✨shines✨.

And they clearly are taking the story seriously.
