I found the raws for vols 5 and 6! All I'll spoil is that... Remember the chapter where Kaoru makes Dara-san the instant curry? Well, she finally does get to eat a well-prepared proper meal of curry finally and makes a big taste orgasmic face! 😁

Every once in a while I return to this page expecting to see a new chapter… so many people like this manga so why won’t a team pick it up?? At this point I’d be okay with shitty mtl if it meant that I’d get to read another chapter 😭😭

Nobody's picking it up because it's licensed, that turns away quite a lot of potential scanlation interest. It was unlicensed while we were scanlating it originally, then we dropped it around the time it got licensed, partly due to that and partly due to life circumstances etc. With official releases slowly catching up, there's also not as much reason to scanlate it... people are only getting chapters earlier, it's not like it'll never be translated if nobody picks it up. It's a good series and I liked working on it, but it's just a bit of a spicy meatball to work on at this point.

the two kids interacting like this with (basically) an Ayakashi, being friends, seeing them get up to funny stuff together.

i love that. I love the peacefulness between kind people and ayakashi.

bought a copy of the volume. i read it and it felt "off" to me. cant tell exactly what it is but the official TL did not give me the joy i have/ had while reading the scanlation .

I actually love this series. It has a dark, solid and good lore behind it and it doesn’t take itself too seriously despite that. Actually funny gags as well (like that reincarnation rate up gacha). This reminds me of Gintama which is one of my favorites.

I also learned that this is getting an anime so congrats to the series!
