a couple are the scene were the doctor buys tomoe in 60, or in 61 when the doctor and tomoe are talking before he starts his experiments.
also as for how reliable the human sacrifices actually happening can be considered, in this very chapter yasaka calls tomoe his first sacrifice.
oooh i see, but there a very simple reason for that in reality, remember that yasaka eat tomoe, that the reason why yasaka know what happen when he was not there, beside the fact he had heard the 2 drunkard.
eating someone for a yokai, it's not just eating someone, it's eating their soul and memory, it's akin to the possesion thing that yasaka has with the girl, their soul are connected.
i have some doubt that yasaka has accepted other human sacrifice after tomoe, precisly because of tomoe, it's was a painfull thing for him to do, see how he take great care of the head of tomoe before burrying her, and he has done that because it's was impossible to save tomoe and she became a cursed living thing.
don't get me wrong, yasaka is a man eating snake, but i have doubt that he is one that lust after human flesh, after all, the majority of his kill are in retaliation for something against him than hunger.
and first sacrifice is more akin to first love than sacrifice here.
