Mostly got the idea when looking at community post in youtube and reddit.

1-4 pages just swipe left/right for a quick read and scrolling down loads another random 4-koma oneshot.

You can already pretty much achieve this using the advanced search, with filters similar to the following. Then just hit the "I'm feeling lucky" button...
