Request to reduce the distance when using W/S button scrolling up/down

Hi team,

I usually use keyboard scrolling through the pages to read, especially the number pad on the right side with the page up/down for fast reading and up/down arrow to carefully read the lines.
But when I switch to left side with W/S button, it is scrolling too far, even further than the page up/down (spacebar/shift + spacebar on left side).
Could we have shorter scrolling distance for W/S button, like with up/down arrow?
I am really appreciate if this change can be applied, as my right wrist is already in pain after 9 hours at office work T_T.

I was hoping to find some kind of "scroll distance" option in the reader settings. As it is right now, I run into an issue where only half of some text box or drawing or something else will be visible, then when I scroll down only the other half will be visible. A lower the scroll distance would be helpful so that a single press would scroll it just enough so that the whole thing is visible.
