i wanted to read Life of a Quack Healer their are 0 chapters and no new ones being uploaded

Short version: no.

Longer version: For archival purposes, the removed chapters remain indexed to allow for comment access. In addition, the existence of a title in the database is irrespective of the existence of any translated/uploaded chapters for that title.

For future reference, "advanced search" allows you to search exclusively for chapters that have chapters available in (a) specific language(s). If you mark that option, anything that has been completely purged won't appear, which should get you an experience fairly close to what you're asking for.

It would be nice to have an option to hide stuff with no chapters if you’re just browsing but it wouldn’t be much of a use
