Difference also is these people are refugees. They understand they can't just have things they want immediately, since no one was planning for all of them to move in, it was a state of emergency call. Or at least, unless they're entitled shitstains they understand that. For now as long as their health and basic needs are tended to I think most people would be fine for a time. Couple months is uncomfortable, but the memories of what COULD have happened tend to make people more humble and honest with themselves. It's when we forget that we're fragile mortals that we get arrogant and demand-y.
