So, they mentioned how the girls get lots of looks from guys, but it's interesting that they didn't mention the guys getting concerned looks for walking around with such small girls.

I guess with body-redesign tech, it would probably be more acceptable, since the girl could easily be over 30. It makes me wonder what other social norms or laws would be quite different, since age is no longer easy to recognize. The obvious example being age-verification for NSFW actors in this world is probably pretty strict (and the material is probably crazy). It would also allow actors in general to continue acting in a variety of roles for much longer, which is probably a nice positive thing.
