My Sister's Friend's lesbian girl is crushing on the ML's sister, not the girl he's actually into. Oshibana is a bit tougher to untangle, but the "lesbian girl" there turned out not to be a lesbian after all and is these days happily indulging in a wild sexual relationship with the secondary male lead.
