I have never read a manga written by someone who-- out of nowhere-- decided to completely unmask his powerlevel as a former shadow juggernaut in the doujin scene by forcing his main character to be utterly NTR'd in his own mind, as he breaks down crying after failing to muster the resolve to drown himself in an amusement park pool at full mast.

It's borderline sublime.

That aside: the people that froth at the mouth at Kazuya do that because they are Kazuya. They like to look at Denji and say "he's literally me fr". No, you all are literally Kazuya, except you're not manga protagonists, so you don't even get no hunnies-- designated or otherwise.
