Hello, this is the end of Volume 6 of the manga. We've ran out of manga raw to translate, so next up is all magazine raw. We have plans to update the translation with the manga raw once Volume 7 is out.

I encourage anyone reading this to purchase a volume of the manga or the light novel, whichever you like more! There's an official English version of the novel AND the manga by Yen Press if that's what you prefer.

Initially we were a bit reluctant to translate this series, since the official version, while behind of the Japanese raw, were ahead of the previous group by quite a bit. The plan originally was just to translate the two bonus chapters from Volume 5. It's quite fun to see that we're close to catching up now.

Considering his reactions before Mori's passing, I think he only have learned it after that, most likely from Mori's mother, unless if he had personally known her grandparents before that. The author has been doing a pretty solid job of threading the needle between "over explaining" and "under explaining".

To me, it sounds more of him taking a stab in the dark. They are at the farm, not on the school trip, were friends with Ryou. Its an educated guess - I'm excited to see how they respond.
