Well you do briefly see some others in flashbacks they didn't go too far but it was more about the whole class excluding /ignoring her too (I think in the jdrama there was a scene where one of the guy classmates asked her out as a joke/punishment game)

she might've done some smaller scale passive aggressive 'mean girl' bs but i think it was mainly aoi getting good grades 'despite' her lack of beauty and being praised for some thing she accomplished with effort that triggered karin to have an inferiority complex (bc there def would've been other teens that'd be defiant/bite back [there was that one girl that said karin stole her boyfriend from her so maybe she was also busy flirting with boys when not focused on tormenting aoi]), i'd have expected maybe one person to stand up for aoi and also get targeted so everyone else looked the other way or so
