Reporting manga [Not MD issue]

For some reason when I report the following manga (100 Days Dream), it keeps telling me that there's something wrong with the Captcha (sp?) routine. I've tried reloading, logging off then back in, nothing works. This forum is a last resort.

I'm trying submit the following report:

"According to site rules, the cover image is supposed to be in the original language. I can't find an original language cover. Maybe you can. Thx."

Is there anything unusual about your browser configuration? Uncommon browser, scriptblockers, etc?

"100 Days Dream" is a Oneshot, so the odds of finding an official cover for it are slim to none.
