Some guy is being pretty offensive how do I report him?

I don't know if this is considered normal but the most user that send me a friend request also offer pictures of their nude bodies or videos with sexual content in their description.
Personally I think such a thing shouldn't be tolorated -as there are also minors on this side.
So far I've blocked those with this kind of description but is there any better way?
