Basically, she, just like him, understand that just because it's peaceful right now, doesn't mean this peace will last, and she want to get strong so that when the need arise she will be there to answer it.

She then activated a 'flight' spell that said ancestor used.
But Abel, having seen it before, quickly dispel it.
And catch her mid-fall.

She turn into a rather cliche clingy tsundere after that (mostly dere, with Abel not reading the mood)
Not to the level of Celestine from the manga where a chapter title "It's like if a gummybear one shot a tank" is terrifyingly appropriate for the content though.
