The FM is not smart enough to have been a general. This is one of those cause conflict using arbitrary reasons and aggressiveness kind of novels. If you want drama for dramas sake with little though involved I guess it's fine. I read to ch89 and couldn't stand it anymore. Best to avoid this one...
