@bigtiddyoneesan hones, with an 's', yup!

If "hell" = "tell" then the answer = "tones"
If "night" = "light" then the answer = "holes"
If "hell" = "bell" then the answer = "bones"
If "burn" = "urn" then the answer = "ones".

Coming up with a set of letter substitutions that rhymed, wasn't too obvious, and that was in a relatively limited lexical field as a red herring was challenging (also why the hint verses were kinda crappier than usual), don't expect these kind of riddles very often.

Only hazzack when he's high on his duck heroin is able to solve something like that. And here we all thought the words had actual deep meanings. Definitely an unconventional riddle.

@Lomyr
Your riddle was too hard for me, so I'm reporting you and calling the cops. You'll be hearing from my lawyer too. Have fun in jail.

I think @REDRED was also on the right track (the last question he asked suggested so at least). Was that what got you onto the answer, @hazzack?
Another clue you could pick was the 'be burn', using the base verb instead of a participle.

@Lomyr nah, i figure when you say deviant it means things: differ from your other riddle, an utter nonsense, or really pervy.
what ultimately got me on that is my own boner answer.

The circuit breaker box in your new house is in an inconvenient corner of your basement. To your chagrin, you discover none of the 100 circuit breakers is labeled, and you face the daunting prospect of matching each circuit breaker to its respective light. (Suppose each circuit breaker maps to only one light.)

To start with, you switch all 100 lights in the house to “on,” and then you head down to your basement to begin the onerous mapping process. On every trip to your basement, you can switch any number of circuit breakers on or off. You can then roam the hallways of your house to discover which lights are on and which are off.

What is the minimum number of trips you need to make to the basement to map every circuit breaker to every light?

Hint
The solution does not involve either switching on or off the light switches in your house or feeling how hot the lightbulbs are. You might want to try solving for the case of 10 unlabeled circuit breakers first.

@Teddy tbh "Blueberry muffins with barbeque sauce" was probably the best answer anyone could come up with. Regardless of whether it was correct.
I try to stick with proper English, getting things to rhyme or fit a verse requires to be creative sometimes tho

@hazzack so, duck heroin and boner inspiration flashes ._. you should see someone
