Thank you for the time and energy spent translating this manga.
other updates for this manga seem to be around a month apart according to the update dates on the manga page, and the last one to this was around a month ago. So... it was around the time for the update already, give or take some time for delays.lets address the elephant in the room, will this chapter ever come out if someone didnt shit out MTLturd? cause its not like it caught up to the raws or something
The translation was finished on Jan 23rd, and the TS was done on Jan 26. We were literally in the middle of QCing before release when the MTL chapter appeared.lets address the elephant in the room, will this chapter ever come out if someone didnt shit out MTLturd? cause its not like it caught up to the raws or something
I never understand peoples want to force you guys to catch up to RAW, they should be happy someones working on it at all.The translation was finished on Jan 23rd, and the TS was done on Jan 26. We were literally in the middle of QCing before release when the MTL chapter appeared.
It's been discussed before, but we're incapable of catching up to raw, solely because the main TL (Agsilver) works for many groups and it's a miracle that he stuck with us for the last two years to translate Risou, a very heavy text and long page count. Even ComicDom with their scambaiting tactics didn't shoot for this series and gave up after just one chapter (46), because Risou is simply not MTL-friendly enough to scambait. I understand that readers want to catch up to raw, but it's simply not possible given our manpower at this moment.
That was the point though no? I really really really hope she doesn't become a harem member personally lolI find it hilarious that all of those supposed drawbacks she was listing off were stuff he'd like in a woman. Just goes to show how little research she actually did on him, the 4 Dukes on the other hand nailed his type dead on, shame for them they don't stand a chance.
But sometimes it's funny, like Kaguya chapter 200. Well, more like that one time...you'll end up with a small amount of popular titles with like 10+ groups working on it
If the speed is the same as RAW, I'm happy. If I get to read at all, I'm content. I mean, it's not like I'm not already reading stuff years old. Just finished reading a shoujo manga translated a few years ago. The only benefit of reading things "up to date" is that you have people who've recently read the same thing you can discuss with, but that "up to date" is still just what's translated most of the time anyway, since not many people on this side of the language barrier reads RAWs.I never understand peoples want to force you guys to catch up to RAW, they should be happy someones working on it at all.
When I read the real translation, I found I didn't change my perception of the events in the chapter at all. I've read a bunch of MTLs, so I'm used to filling in the blanks and questioning the words I'm reading, and I've always been good at understanding a story where a lot of information is missing (even if that's just references and double speak I'm missing myself).Seems I'm the rare case that could understand the other group's "work" (or I guess the machine translator's).
Usually, if there are major changes, the WN is completely different from the LN, and the manga tends to follow the LN. But sometimes, the arcs are in different orders, which can make the story seem completely different even if it isn't.You know reading the reviews for the LN, I think they've completely changed the story. Like what I read there was completely different what the manga has, like crazy different.
